Next-Gen Autonomous Engineer Course

Yes. Learners explore how an autonomous vehicle follows paths, responds to obstacles and makes movement decisions.

Learners work with a robotic vehicle and complete activities involving movement, path following and navigation.

The vehicle uses programmed logic and information from its surroundings to decide how it should move.

The focus is on helping the vehicle make movement decisions instead of controlling every action manually.

Parents can view the learner’s activity completion and course progress through the LMS.

Students discover how autonomous vehicles move, navigate and respond to their surroundings. They work on path following, obstacle response and navigation challenges to understand how a vehicle can operate independently.

The learning goals are: Understand how autonomous vehicles make movement decisions; Create logic for path following and navigation; Respond to obstacles and changes in the surroundings; Apply autonomous vehicle concepts to practical challenges.
